Jouette is a family friendly city that is very welcoming with its vast manicured parks and elegant malls. It is the city where the story takes place.

Orchard Park Mall
Orchard Park Mall is an upscale mall with all the stores that anyone would ever want to visit. A large part of the story takes place in the mall. Many of the invitations to the Resurrection services of the New Tabernacle of Praise Baptist Church take place in this mall.

Lovely Ladies Salon
Lovely Ladies Salon is where many ladies' lives are changed. Women go in one way and leave another. Precious and Alexia get their hair done at this shop.

RayRay's is a store that is owned by Ray Johnson. It is where the men in the story go to get a Sunday-Go-To-Meeting suit for the Sunday service.
