Sparkles Robinson is on:

Sparkles Robinson attends Crowley Temple Church in Absanie, Maddocha.  She has sung in the youth choir of the church.

She caught the attention of Norman Hall in 1985 while the youth choir of Crowley Temple was singing at a musical.  She was leading a song and she had a very powerful voice, but it needed some training.

Norman worked with Sparkles for a year.  He presented her to Rev. David B. Tolliver, owner and president of Baumann Records in 1986.  Rev. Tolliver already knew about Sparkle's voice because they both attended the same church.  Sparkles was only 15 years-old at the time. Rev. Tolliver asked Sparkles to wait until she turned 18.

In the meantime, Sparkles was able to lead several songs on the Absanie Community Choir's albums in 1987 and 1991.  She continued to perfect her gift.

She signed with Baumann Records in 1990 when she was 19. She has released three CDs on Baumann Records.

She continues to sing with the Absanie Community Choir and with her church choir, the Crowley Temple Mass Choir.
