2/14/2006 Green Beans: Recipe

1 ½ cup chicken stock
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon parsley
2 cans of green beans (Cut or French will work)
3 tablespoons butter

  1. Open cans of green beans.

  2. Drain liquid from green beans.

  3. Place green beans in a pot.

  4. Pour chicken stock into the pot.

  5. Put butter and the dry ingredients into the pot.

  6. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.

  7. Let bowl for 10 minutes.

  8. Turn heat to medium and let simmer for 20 minutes.

The butter may be reduced or taken out.
